The Wine
The 2012 Betty’s Cuveé is a Bordeaux style red wine aged for 20 months in new French oak barrels. A deep plum colored wine, this full bodied wine displays a savory palate that is mouthwatering, long and well balanced.
Tasting Notes
Bouquet
Black cherries, licorice, touches of herbs and sweet oak.
Palate
Wild berries, hints of cinnamon, chocolate and light sweet oak.

The Cuveé has big tannins which complements fatty, heavy foods, like steak
