Returns and exchanges

Our policy is valid for 90 days. If 90 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement.

We do not offer refunds.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will be happy to exchange wine if you are not satisfied. However, we may limit the number of exchanges we offer at our discretion. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at

It is unnecessary for you to send back your wine in case you request an exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. After receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will notify you of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
