The Chardonnay 2013 will be aged on its yeast in new French oak barrels for 10 months (Sur lie), with light stirring. The result is a wine with a golden hue with green touches, with an aroma of apple in butter, smoked pear and lemon zest. The flavors of cinnamon and carambola balance the acidity and complement the taste for a perfect experience for the palate.
